The agreement is a three-party contract: you, the financial institution, and Earnee as the guarantor, which means your creditworthiness is assessed together with ours. Down payment starting at 1%, buyout option for as little as 1%, installment amounts at net, and both the installment and VAT are deductible as business expenses.
Car loan—for individuals without a business. You enter into the agreement directly with the financing institution, register the car in your name from day one, confirm your income with a statement, and the installment is fixed and quoted as a gross amount.
In both cases, financing is provided by a financial institution, and it is the institution that makes the decision after assessing your creditworthiness.

The calculator breaks down the installment into specific items so you can see what you’re paying for and what reduces the installment amount.
Leasing ( net amounts): financing installment and fees, guaranteed down payment and discount, bonus for completed trips, estimated fleet liability and comprehensive insurance, 1% down payment, and 1% buyout. You can include LPG installation and vehicle preparation for work in the installment.
Loan (gross amounts): financing installment and fees, guaranteed surcharge and discount, bonus for completed trips, estimated third-party liability insurance, 5% upfront fee.
Do not directly compare net and gross amounts—these are two different methods of calculation. The calculator provides a preliminary simulation; the terms of the agreement presented by the financing institution are binding.

With a lease, the down payment starts at 1% of the car’s value—that’s the lowest threshold we offer. You can pay more; every additional zloty reduces your future installment.
With a loan, the down payment is 5%.
For a car costing 80 000 zł , this amounts to 800 zł for a lease and 4 000 zł for a loan. The amount of the fee and other terms are confirmed by the financing institution upon issuing its decision.

With a car loan, the car is yours from day one—you register it in your name, and there’s no buyout at the end. You pay the final installment, and the contract ends.
With a lease, the buyout amount is specified in the contract and can be as low as 1% of the car’s price. You pay it after the final installment, and the car becomes your property.

Not for a car loan—it’s a product for individual customers; you don’t need a business for that.
But for a lease, yes—you need a sole proprietorship or a corporation. If you want to lease a car but don’t have a business yet, we work with an accounting firm that will guide you through the registration process and handle your bookkeeping afterward.

The lease payment is recalculated quarterly whenever the 3M WIBOR changes by at least 0.25 percentage points; the bonus for completed trips is not guaranteed; and the insurance cost is an estimate.
